1. Booking and Reservations

• • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• • Booking references are provided upon successful reservation
• • Payment is required to secure your booking
• • Modifications may be possible subject to availability

2. Cancellation Policy

• • Free cancellation: 48+ hours before check-in
• • No refund: Less than 48 hours or no-show
• • Weather-related cancellations considered case-by-case
• • Cancellation must be requested via email or phone

3. Property Rules

• • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests strictly enforced
• • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily
• • No smoking inside the villa
• • No parties or events without prior approval
• • Respect for neighbors and local community

4. Security Deposit

• • Security bond of $1,000 USD may be required
• • Refunded within 7 days after checkout
• • Subject to property inspection
• • Deductions only for damages or excessive cleaning

5. Liability and Insurance

• • Guests responsible for personal belongings
• • Travel insurance recommended
• • Report any damages immediately
• • Property owner not liable for personal injury except where legally required
