Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable

- • Refunded to original payment method
- • Email confirmation sent upon processing
- • Bank processing times may vary (3-10 business days)
3. Booking Modifications
- • Date changes allowed up to 24 hours before check-in
- • Subject to availability and rate differences
- • Guest count changes may affect pricing
- • Add-on services can be modified until check-in
